Return Policy

We ask all customers to treat this policy with respect due to personal hygiene purposes and prevent transmission of infestation.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition within 20 days from the date of delivery. Return labels are to be purchased by the buyer. They can be shipped to the address listed below:

Return by mail:

  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  • Print your prepaid return label or visit your nearest post office to complete your return.
  • Include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email, if applicable. 
  • Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at your desired carrier location. If for any reason you are having difficulties returning, please email us at info@wyndon.co. Your tracking number can be found on the prepaid shipping label. 
  • Please note this number for your records so you may track the status of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are FINAL SALE.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Items must be exchanged in their original condition within 20 days from the date of delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wyndon.co

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise you to use a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
